The short version: We ask for one thing — your email, if you join the waitlist — and use it for one thing: to tell you when Frikt launches. We don't sell your data, run ads, or use third-party tracking.

Simpdi Media LLCThis policy covers the frikt.app website, including the waitlist. The Frikt iOS app, once available, keeps your app and category selections on your device as opaque tokens through Apple's Screen Time API — we cannot see them, and they never reach our servers.
Waitlist email. If you enter your email to join the waitlist, we store your email address to notify you about the launch and related news. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). We use single opt-in — entering your address adds you directly, without a confirmation email. You can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing from any email or contacting us; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it. Waitlist email is handled through our email service provider (processor), SureContact. We keep your address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Server and log data. When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site securely and reliably. Cookies & analytics. This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. Any analytics we use are privacy-friendly and aggregate, and do not identify you individually. We will update this policy before introducing any non-essential cookies.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with processors acting on our behalf — our email provider and hosting provider — who are bound to protect it and use it solely as instructed.
We are based in the United States, so your data may be processed there. Where we transfer personal data of individuals in the EEA or the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
